Ask Tad is reservation and park management software made by Berven Digital LLC, doing business as Campground Launch ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when park operators use Ask Tad and when guests book through a park's Ask Tad booking page.

Information we collect

From park operators: your name, email, phone, park name and address, staff logins, and the settings, rates, site maps, inventory and reports you create in Ask Tad.

From guests booking with a park: name, email, phone, stay dates, site and add-on choices, and anything the park asks for at checkout (like RV length). We process guest information on the park's behalf.

Payment information: card and bank details are entered into and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

Usage information: basic device, browser and log data, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working.

How we use it

• To run reservations, invoices, payments and the features your park turns on.
• To let Tad, the built-in AI agent, answer questions and prepare changes you ask for. Requests you type to Tad, and the park data needed to answer them, are sent to our AI model providers to generate a response.
• To provide support, keep the service secure, and send service messages like confirmations and receipts.
• To improve Ask Tad. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• The park. Guest information belongs to the park you booked with and is shared with them.
• Service providers that help us run Ask Tad, such as Stripe (payments), hosting, email and text delivery, and AI model providers, under agreements that limit their use of the data.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

Keeping and protecting data

We keep information while a park's account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Park operators can export or delete their data by contacting us. Guests should contact the park they booked with first; we'll help the park respond. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the link in the email.

Children

Ask Tad is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
