Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Berven Digital LLC, doing business as Campground Launch ("we," "us"), and the park or business that signs up for Ask Tad ("you"). By creating an account or using Ask Tad, you agree to them.

The service

Ask Tad is software for running an RV park or campground: online booking, a park map, add-ons and rentals, discounts, invoicing and payments, reporting, a mobile app, and Tad, a built-in AI agent. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You're responsible for the people you give logins to and for keeping credentials secure. Information you provide must be accurate. You must be authorized to bind your business to these terms.

Fees

• There is no subscription or setup fee. Ask Tad charges a $4.00 platform fee per invoice.
• You choose who pays it. You can pay it yourself, or add it to the guest's invoice as a booking fee.
• Fees you pay are billed to the payment method on file. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Card processing fees charged by Stripe are separate. You can choose whether to pass a card fee to guests where the law allows.

Payments

Guest payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your park's own Stripe account. To accept payments you must agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You are the merchant for your guests' reservations and are responsible for your rates, taxes, guest policies, refunds and chargebacks.

Tad, the AI agent

Tad answers questions from your park's data and prepares changes you ask for, like moving a reservation or adding a charge. Tad can make mistakes. Changes only happen when you confirm them, and you're responsible for reviewing what you approve.

Migration

If we move your data from another system, we'll do it with reasonable care. Please review your imported reservations, rates and balances before going live.

Your data

You own your park's and your guests' data. You give us permission to use it to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ask Tad for anything unlawful, to send spam, to interfere with the service, or to access other customers' data.

Ending service

There's no long-term commitment. You can stop using Ask Tad at any time; fees on invoices already issued remain due. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or go unpaid, with notice where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

Ask Tad is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
